I have been depilating (electrically) my legs for 1.5 years, or actually a year, because for the last six months I have hardly ever done it. I have a very good epilator, but I did not pay attention to one thing - peeling. Well, it's hard to demand since I'm 15 years old. My hair is growing fast and it is dark in color. Unfortunately, a year ago my hair started to grow in; At first, I did not pay attention to it, it was only about six months ago that I started using the peeling. I visited my dermatologist, she prescribed me Panthenol spray and some medicine in the spray, it only helped temporarily. For 3 weeks I have been using alanthan in the gel, it helps on already formed wounds, but the hair grows ALL THE TIME. Now I would like to wear shorter pants or a skirt. How should I shave my legs? Can I pull out the ingrown hairs myself with tweezers, or am I not allowed to do it? Regards
You shouldn't mechanically manipulate ingrown hair yourself. In the first stage, the inflammation around the follicles should be removed, if it is accompanied by ingrown hair. Then continue using the peels. In the case of ingrown hair, instead of a mechanical epilator, it is better to use a cream or a razor. Laser hair removal gives the best effect.
