I would like to slim my arms, but I don't want to look like a bodybuilder. Is it possible?

In order to slim your arms, you should perform strengthening exercises with a small load, ie 1.0-2.0 kg and a large number of repetitions (about 15-30). Don't worry, they won't look too chunky. To gain weight, you need training with the use of heavy loads, for example in the gym, combined with proper nutrition. Do the exercises 2-3 times a week, starting with the lowest load and gradually increasing it. Start with 10 repetitions and gradually work up to 25-30 repetitions. Exercise 1 (shoulders and arms) Stand slightly apart, lift the weights to shoulder height while pointing your arms forward, hold for a moment and lower. Exercise 1 (Shoulders and Arms) Stand slightly apart, raise both arms slightly bent at the elbows to shoulder level to the side, hold for a while and return to the starting position. Exercise 2 (arms-back-triceps) Stand in a lunge, lean forward, take the weight in your right hand and place it over your right hip with your elbow up. Without changing the position of the arm and elbow, raise the forearm, extending your arm backwards. Return to the starting position. Exercise 3 (arms-front-biceps) In the same position, lower both arms alongside your body and turn your back down. Raise both forearms to shoulder height and return to the starting position.
