How to arrange your hands to be able to concentrate better and faster?
When we want to stimulate the energy in our hands, it is enough to rub them against each other vigorously. The intention is also important, we can say: "I activate the energy in my hands." When we feel a slight warmth, let our hands go where they want. They can travel to the chest, shoulders, head, abdomen or thighs. Sometimes they instinctively intertwine in a light embrace. Let us not control, let us not judge, let us rely on our intuition. When we are nervous, it is worth placing your hands near your heart for a few minutes, this will reduce the tension in the body. When we feel that we have little energy, let's put it on the solar plexus. It is worth adding intentions each time, for example: "I am more and more calm and relaxed" - this will strengthen its effect. When we need to concentrate or remember some material, it is worth putting our hands to our head and saying: "My mind is open to all knowledge." It will bring down emotions and relaxation. Concentration is also taught by other techniques. All of them, however, lead to learning to unite the three forces within themselves: the strength of the body, soul and mind. If these forces vibrate at the same frequency, we will achieve the intended effect - concentration and clarity of thinking. When we listen to our body, let's ask it what it needs. Maybe more exercise, diet changes or relaxation? Let us keep an eye on our thoughts and let us not allow depressing, sad or angry words to come to us. We feed our brain with thoughtful thoughts such as: joy, love, friendship, I like you. Such thinking will bring a lot of positive energy that will come in handy when resolving important issues. They will not bring us down then, but will take on a different meaning, we will look at them from a distance. Let us also take care of our soul, so it is worth taking a walk in the park, admiring this autumn in the forest. Let's listen to good energetic music that will strengthen our strength, and thus our energy. We learn to be all of ourselves in the moment, so when we do something, let's include all our senses. When we walk down the street, pay attention to how we move, how we put our feet, how we "carry" our heads. Are there tensions in the body? Or do I feel good at the moment? This method can be used when we clean, cook or drive a car. It's important to keep your thoughts on the moment, and when the mind gets used to it, we won't have any problems with concentrating.
