I am addicted to Lorafen and Relanium. I have been suffering from anxiety neurosis for years, before that I had taken strong medications, trying to get down to the minimum doses, but I fell into a trap anyway. I live in Germany now and they send me medications. I want to stop it, but I don't have the strength. When I take a lower dose, in 2 days my symptoms are so strong that I go back to medication. I don't know German and I can't find a doctor who can help me. Do I have a chance to stop taking my medications? Each attempt is a nightmare, all symptoms come back triple - dizziness, chest pains, pain, tremors, trismus …
If you really want to, you can get out of any addiction somehow. You need method, persistence, and discipline. It is better to do it under the supervision of a specialist, but if it is unavailable, it is difficult. I propose to reduce the doses in minimal steps, but systematically. For example, first Lorafen, taper 0.25 mg week to week, it will take 10 weeks, taking the same dose of Relanium over and over again. Then go on to Relanium the same way, which will take around 20 weeks. In total, over 7 months of very slow dose reduction, it is almost imperceptible for the body. In coping with addiction, the declining trend in dose sizes is important, not time. In the event of any ailments - use non-addictive drugs, such as Pramolan (in Germany Insidon), Hydroxizinum (Atarax) - both of these drugs are prescription in Poland, valerian. Regards!
