My adipose tissue is unevenly distributed and it is the most in this part of the body. I am slim, but the disproportionate abdomen draws attention - it forms a fold of fat on it. It looks terrible. Please, show me the most appropriate sport for this part of the body. I hate sit-ups, and neither do the gym. I go to the swimming pool every now and then, but that's not enough.

Unfortunately, adipose tissue is often unevenly distributed - sometimes around the hips, thighs or belly - just like you do. In order to burn the excess of accumulated fat tissue, you should use any physical effort that will last at least 40-50 minutes. This could be trail walking, inline cycling (stationary), aerobics, cross country skiing, or any sport that you can practice in your home town. It is important that your heart rate remains between 60 and 80 percent during this time. your maximum. The maximum is calculated according to the formula 220-age. So if we want to calculate the maximum number of heart beats per minute for a 30-year-old person, it looks like this: 220 - 30=190. To calculate the zone of the best fat burning, which is between 60-80 percent. you multiply 190 x 60%=114 and 190 x 80%=152. For the most effective fat burning, a 30-year-old person should have a heart rate between 114 and 152 beats per minute during exercise. In practice, it is usually an effort where your breathing is fast, but you can talk freely at the same time. Remember also that the real key to success is not the intensity or even the length of the effort, but, most of all, SYSTEMATICITY. So try to exercise at least 3 times a week, and spread your "fight with accumulated fat" plan for at least 3-4 months. Also pay attention to rational nutrition. In order for your effort not to be the proverbial "Sisyphean work", reduce the amount of fat and sweets consumed, try to eat regularly and in small amounts.
