We invite you to participate in the free Women's Run & More training for women in 5 districts of Warsaw.

Free running trainings for womenas part of the Women`s Run & More program have been carried out continuously since 2009. The aim of the program is to encourage running and physical activity, mainly through free classes led by qualified instructors. Ladies run in fixed locations during weekly training sessions organized on Saturdays and Wednesdays.

How to start training running?

The Women`s Run & More project connects people with similar passions and goals, who want to take care of their he alth, physical condition and well-being. The aim of the program is to encourage as many people as possible to exercise, and to meet the main reasons and excuses why many women give up this activity, i.e. lack of company and professional support.

In cooperation with the District Offices and partners, free training sessions are organized in the most attractive running places. The organizers provide professional support for the trainer, as well as a kind of support group, i.e. women who have already caught the bug and are a natural motivator for new people to act.

Women's Run & More is not only running workouts, but above all a philosophy of a he althy lifestyle, including other sports disciplines, advice, motivational meetings and many different activities. Everyone is welcome to join the program!
