Immobility makes the ailments worse. By signing up for appropriate rehabilitation classes, we will stretch our spine, and thus reduce the tension in it, which will reduce pain. Such activities include Tai Chi, yoga, and even ordinary dance - they will allow you to move your spine. Avoid massaging that only consists of aligning the vertebrae. Such treatments can do more harm than good. It is good to use selected classes or exercises under the supervision of an experienced instructor, it can protect us from various physical overloads, and at the same time will allow us to understand why such and not other exercises are important to us. Swimming gives very good results, so you need to use the pool as often as possible. It is important to cover the spine immediately after taking a bath, preventing it from cooling down. When we train systematically, the pain will pass. Please also pay attention to whether the mattress on which you are sleeping is not too soft, as it may also cause pain in the spine. Also, be careful about the way you sit down - it's good to sit with your spine straight, not slouching and not "falling" deep into the armchair. While sitting, do not tuck one leg up, because it also creates a heavy burden. By following these tips, you will make your pain disappear and your life will become more beautiful.
