I suffer from anxiety and neurosis. I have nine children between the ages of 12 and 24. I'm already a grandmother. I'm not leaving my house. I take Clonazepanum, but the fears persist. I don't want to live like this.
It's always a good time to take your life into your own hands. The problems you struggle with result from the feeling of great responsibility for your children, who are actually adults and do not require so much care. Allow yourself a moment of rest and find something you like to do, devote yourself to it completely. Then the peace you need so much will reign in your mind. You can't stay home all the time and worry about what tomorrow will bring, because that will make you more frustrated. At the beginning, try to take small walks in places with trees, grass, flowers. Looking at nature will allow you to calm your mind. Try to listen to quiet music that introduces you to deep relaxation, allows you to push away unfriendly thoughts and gives you a sense of peace. Maybe call your friend once a week and talk to her about nice topics. Recovery doesn't just happen by taking medication. When you meet with the doctor, talk to him, he may suggest another therapy, try to go to a sanatorium, which may improve your he alth. It is important that you be active, walks, music, talks and many other things that you can really arrange for yourself will allow you to recover. I wish you this with all my heart.
