Please see a speech therapist. If you pronounce "j" instead of the "r", it means that you may have problems with uprighting the tongue. A diagnosis and speech therapy exercises under the supervision of a specialist are necessary.
You can learn the pronunciation of the "r" sound regardless of age, but the sooner you start the therapy, the better. However, I warn you against doing exercises on your own, as it may do more harm than good.
