I'm 16 years old and I don't pronounce the "r". Actually, I can pronounce this "r", but only one at a time, and I cannot pronounce it briefly. When I try to pronounce "r" in a word, I get "ł", when I pronounce the word slowly, you can hear the real "r" nicely, but then I have to speak really slowly so that I don't get "ł". Please help me by asking me some exercises that would help me and how long would it take me to learn the correct pronunciation of "r" in words.

If you can pronounce the r sound in isolation (on its own) and you do it correctly when pronouncing words slowly, try to practice all the r words (at the beginning, end and middle of the word) pronouncing them at different rates. Start with a slow pace, repeat the word several times, faster and faster each time to maintain the correct sound. Do the same with more complex forms: two-word sets, sentences. You can find the words for exercises in speech therapy books for children, which you can buy in bookstores. Reading aloud, e.g. books, is also a good exercise. It is also worth consulting a speech therapist, he can give you valuable tips and materials for independent work.
