Sexual Quotient (SQ) will be used to assess your sexual performance - the equivalent of the well-known IQ. Honestly answer 10 questions and you will find out at what level your sex life is.
The test was developed in collaboration with Pfizer by Dr Carmita Abdo, a well-known Brazilian sexologist and psychiatrist.
Dr. Abdo teaches at the Institute of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo. She is the founder and general coordinator of ProSex - a multidisciplinary project of studies on sexuality, using research of psychiatrists, psychologists, urologists, gynecologists of the Teaching Hospital of the University of São Paulo.
In 2003 and 2008, she coordinated the largest sexuality research ever conducted in Brazil. First, about 7,100 people were examined, then 8,200 from all regions of the country. Based on this research, publications were created presenting a multidimensional portrait of Brazilian sexual habits.
Dr. Abdo is a member of many major international sexology societies.
The questionnaire to help you calculate your sexuality quotient consists of 10 questions. These include foreplay, erection quality, orgasm, and sexual satisfaction. When completing the test, a man should take into account sexual activity in the last 6 months. The answers are rated on a scale from 0 to 5. The number of points multiplied by 2 gives you the sexuality quotient.

If the questionnaire result is unsatisfactory, it should be a signal, e.g. to visit a specialist doctor.
The questionnaire was the starting point for a research program that was carried out in many countries, including Poland, among men aged 35-75. The tests carried out under the supervision of the sexologist prof. Zbigniew Lew-Starowicz shows that the male sexuality quotient in Poland is 65.11 points (out of 100 possible). Gentlemen in our country have "summer sex life" according to Dr. Abdo's scale.
