He became famous as a personal trainer and fitness trainer thanks to his hard work, great sense of humor and incredible charisma and originality. Daniel Józef Kuczaj, known as Qczaj, is a 32-year-old fitness trainer. He was born on February 1 in 1987 and comes from Ludźmierz in the Podhale region. Before he gained popularity in the fitness scene, he tried his hand at many different professions: actor and hairdresser are just a few of them.
After turning 17, Qczaj moved to Warsaw because he got into the Buffo Theater run by Janusz Józefowicz. His acting career developed for 3 years, but it was not without obstacles - Qczaj recalls that he had tospend long hours learning the pronunciation and getting rid of the highlander dialect.
Another professional job that Daniel Kuczaj took up was hairdressing. Although he only completed one hairdressing course, he did not lack clients. Although today he admits himself that he pretended and played a hairdresser more than he actually was. He also adds that this profession was a school of life for him and a real lesson in humility after three years of being an actor and playing in popular shows.
As a hairdresser, he was doing great, but still he did not give up his second passion - exercising at the gym. When it was time to decide and put everything on one card, Qczaj chose fitness and it has remained so until today. He has been training for over 10 years, but fitness is not his only experience in sports. Qczaj was also successful in the bodybuilding scene, competing in bodybuilding competitions.
Currently, Qczaj's popularity is growing day by day, thanks to active social media, TV and radio appearances, as well as numerous interviews he gives. Qczaj is honest, direct and not afraid to talk about important and difficult things, and his distance to himself and his great sense of humor only increases the number of his fans. And no wonder! Qczaj is a real quiver of life - as he used to say about himself.
Qczaj - difficult childhood
Daniel Kuczaj went through a really difficult childhood. His father is an alcoholic, and there was extreme poverty and domestic violence at home. As a young boy, Qczaj was cared for by his grandmother, and his family - mother, father and two sisters - left for the United States. He recalls that when he went to see his family after six years, his mother and sisters were in a deplorable state. That's why Qczaj decided to help them and become independent from their father once and for all.
Currently, he and his family do not maintain contact with their father, but Qczaj's growing up in such difficult conditions had a strong influence on his psyche. At the stage of competing in bodybuilding he was addicted to steroids, and before that - like his father - he had problems with alcohol. Now Qczaj ensures that he has de alt with the demons of the past and is free from any addictions. Well, maybe except for sports;)
All this allowed him to better understand others and to show doubters on his own that in life you can achieve what you dream about.

Qczaj motivates its fans on the blog, You Tubie, Instagram, Facebook and even on TV or radio! Qczaj became famous on a larger scale in the morning program "Dzień Dobry TVN", where he conducted a series of trainings with his pupils. In 2022 Qczajhe even took part in the 9th edition of Dancing with the Stars. Despite a lot of work every day, he does not forget about his "sweethearts" and "fit larvae", but constantly supports, encourages and motivates.
Qczaj is not a trainer, he is a performer trainer, and you can even say that Qczaj is a lifestyle. One of a kind: painfully honest, with a great distance to himself and the world, and with a heart of unimaginable dimensions. Only he can speak to even the most resistant to sport. Why? This is a ten-minute workout dedicated to the gluteal muscles (hence the name). It is divided into three parts: a standing part, a kneeling part and a lying part. Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds. Exercises that can be found in the "Call to Plow" include, among others, a squat, a bend with a leg kick, a leg lift in a support, a hip lift, a hip lift on one leg.
2. Body shaping
Training lasts 15 minutes. It begins with a cardio warm-up that lasts approximately 5 minutes. In the main training, we can expect exercises such as: toe-up and transition to the support, leaving the hand to the elbows in the front support, abdominal muscles tense, wide squat with jumps, push-up on the knees. The training ends with relaxation and stretching.
3. Burning
Burn training is characterized by an intense training pace and is designed to burn calories to the maximum for 20 minutes of training duration. The training consists of three exercises, each of which lasts 30 seconds and is repeated for 3 rounds. The challenge ends with one entire circuit consisting ofall exercises performed for 20 seconds.
4. 10 Minute Abdominal Workout
Abdominal training lasts 10 minutes, and during its duration we do 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. The training mainly consists of scissors, lifts and supports - exercises that everyone can handle.
5. He althy spine
"He althy spine" is a set designed especially for women after pregnancy and for those women who experience severe back pain due to overload. The training lasts 27 minutes and consists of two parts: the warm-up and the main part. In this set, we can expect stabilizing exercises, pilates positions and strengthening the abdominal muscles and the spine - that is, exercises for corset muscles that support the proper functioning of the spine.
