Dandelion flake wine

Dandelion flake wine is rich in vitamins A, D and E, flavonoids and mineral s alts. Thanks to this, it regulates the work of the digestive system, incl. stimulates the production of stomach acids. It also supports the liver in the process of cleansing the body of toxins.

Ingredients:

  • 2 liters of dandelion flower petals,
  • 3 liters of boiling water,
  • 1 kg of sugar,
  • juice from 2 lemons,
  • 2 oranges,
  • 1 teaspoon wine yeast,
  • 200 g raisins.

Preparation:

Put the dandelion flower petals into a deep pot. Add the peeled and diced orange and raisins. Pour it all over with 2 liters of boiling water, cover with a lid and set aside for 3 days in a cool place. During this time, prepare the sugar syrup:

add 1 kg of sugar to 1 liter of boiling water and simmer. Set aside to cool down.

After 3 days, strain the decoction of the dandelion flowers and pour it into the so-called gander. Add sugar syrup, lemon juice and fermented wine yeast to it and mix it thoroughly.

The wine is ready to eat after 6-8 weeks.

Dandelion root wine

50 g of shredded dry dandelion roots pour a bottle (3/4 L) of white grape wine. Put in a dark place for 2 weeks - shake daily. Run through the double folded gauze.

Dandelion flower infusion

2 teaspoons of dried dandelion flowers pour boiling water and steep, covered, for about 10 minutes. It is recommended to drink half a glass of strained infusion twice a day.

Ingredients:

  • 5 grams of dandelion flowers,
  • 150 g acacia honey,
  • 1 liter of vodka (40%).

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado,
  • 1 pear,
  • a few dandelion leaves,
  • 1/4 cups of lemon juice.

Preparation:

Add the diced avocado and pear to the blender. Then toss in the torn dandelion leaves. Pour the lemon juice over it and blend with a blender.

Dandelion leaf salad

Salad of young dandelion leaves has a positive effect on the central nervous system, therefore it is recommended for nervous and hyperactive people. Dandelion leaves contain a lot of magnesium - an element that has a calming effect.

Ingredients:

  • young dandelion leaves collected before flowering (3 handfuls),
  • 1/2 watermelon,
  • feta cheese,
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice,
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil,
  • roasted sesame,
  • a pinch of ground pepper,
  • teaspoon of sugar.

Preparation:

Dandelion leaves soak in cold s alted water. After drying, tear into pieces. Wash the watermelon and cut into cubes, discarding the seeds. Mix both ingredients and add feta cheese to them. Then mix the olive oil with lemon juice and season with a pinch of pepper and a teaspoon of sugar.

Yespour the prepared sauce over the watermelon, dandelion leaves and cheese. Finally, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.

Dandelion leaf soup

Thanks to the dandelion leaf soup we will lower the sugar level and balance the level of white blood cells in the blood. For this reason, the soup with dandelion leaves is recommended for diabetics and people who struggle with anemia.

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 handfuls of dandelion leaves,
  • 2 small courgettes,
  • 1 small cucumber,
  • chicken and vegetable broth,
  • pinch of s alt and pepper,
  • dill.

Preparation:

Wash zucchini and cucumber, peel and dice. Then pour the broth and cook for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat, add dandelion leaves and blend with a blender. Season with s alt and pepper to taste. The soup can be served hot or cold, with the addition of dill.
