I am tall (172 cm) and weigh 69 kg. What can I do to lose weight? Which exercises will be appropriate for me?

I recommend aquaerobics at least 3 times a week for 50 minutes. If you can swim in any way you want, do it systematically, preferably with a continuous method each time, i.e. without breaks. If your fitness does not allow you to do so, or if the swimming technique quickly makes you breathless, take short rest breaks. Try to get into practice very slowly but without stopping for at least 20 minutes.
