Why, despite so much information about how we should eat, play sports, etc., many people still don't decide to do it. What do you think is the reason for this? Or maybe the lack of time, or "more important" matters such as work, career? How else can you convince people to change their lifestyle and realize that he alth is the most important thing?

The reason for this is the low level of he alth education of the society, often the quality of this education. The problem for many people are barriers that are apparently insurmountable, such as those of material nature. A he althy life is not cheap, he althy food, the environment, leisure and he alth equipment and services all cost money. Well-being distances us from thinking about he alth or disease - for many young people it is an abstraction. We often start to wonder about the shape of our lives when we start to lack this he alth, when something is out of order, and it is better and cheaper to prevent than to cure the effects of neglect. It is possible to convince people to a he althy lifestyle only through permanent systemic actions, and not only occasional preventive actions. He alth education should become an important part of general human education, and unfortunately this is not the case with us. In Polish schools there is no separate subject "he alth education" is carried out only neglectfully, the so-called interdisciplinary path - pro-he alth.
