I am overweight (90 kg for a height of 171 cm). Soon I would like to get pregnant and, of course, lose weight before it. My figure is even, i.e. I do not have a pear or apple figure, I have a waistline and I think I have equal kilograms everywhere. How to lose weight effectively? In addition to diet, what kind of exercise?
It is worth using increased physical activity to not only reduce body weight before pregnancy, but also to increase physical efficiency. The best effort from the point of view of developing endurance and reducing body fat is endurance effort, i.e. long marches, cycling, swimming, aerobics, only in such a way that the classes clearly do not lead to shortness of breath and last at least 20 minutes.
