You should eat 4-5 meals a day, high in calories, i.e. min. 750 / meal, avoid exercise (which is not a he althy recommendation, but reduces fuel consumption). I think if you are he althy this is the most important thing. You have a "fashionable" figure and I do not advise you to fatten up. It is neither pleasant nor he althy.
