Old Polish medicine recommended vinegar as an ideal means to rejuvenate fainted ladies. Both doctors and village healers have used vinegar to treat frostbite, badly healing wounds, and even abdominal pain. Today we know that vinegar potions work on the liver, improve digestion and circulation. The addition of herbs enhances the healing properties of vinegar. Here are some recipes for vinegar-herbal blends.
Vinegaris used for compresses, rinses, and is also found in dietary supplements. Vinegars have rejuvenating properties, purify the blood and strengthen the body. They bring excellent healing effects, but it is also worth using them in your everyday kitchen. Vinegars made with the addition of herbs not only heal, but also a great addition to vegetable and meat dishes. We prepare them by pouring over dried or fresh herbs with apple or wine vinegar, and then set aside in a dark place (so that the so-called maceration occurs) for 2-3 weeks.
A mixture of vinegar and herbs for strengthening
Pour a teaspoon into a large jar: tarragon, basil, white pepper, cinnamon, cloves, lavender and orange peel. Pour it all over with apple cider vinegar and set aside for a week, shaking every day. Perfect for salads and salads; increases immunity and physical fitness.
Vinegar with arnica for bruises and puffiness
25 g of arnica flowers pour 150 ml of apple cider vinegar and set aside for two weeks. Then drain well and put in the fridge. In the case of sprains, bruises, swelling or bruises, use a tablespoon of vinegar to half a glass of water for compresses. Ideally, both the vinegar and the water should be cold. We will feel the effect almost immediately!
Tarragon vinegar for liver
Two tablespoons of dried tarragon pour a glass of wine vinegar and macerate for two weeks, shaking frequently, and then filter thoroughly. People with gallbladder removal and digestive problems should eat a carrot and apple salad with a teaspoon of tarragon vinegar before the main meal. It is recommended for rinsing the mouth in case of unpleasant smell and inflammation - dilute a tablespoon of vinegar in a glass of boiled lukewarm water. Tarragon vinegar is an excellent seasoning for meat and fish.
Vinegar with dill ondigestion
Pour three tablespoons of ground fennel seeds with a glass of apple cider vinegar and leave it for two weeks, then strain it through cheesecloth. This vinegar is a valuable medicine for people suffering from flatulence. In the kitchen, when used for sauces based on mayonnaise and cream, it gives the dishes a delicate, bitter-anise aftertaste. It goes well with fish dishes and marinades.
Vinegar with garlic for cholesterol
10 finely chopped garlic cloves (or 3 heaped tablespoons of wild garlic herb) pour 300 ml of apple cider vinegar. Warning! The strength of the vinegar depends on the amount of garlic. After three days of maceration, pour the mixture into a bottle and keep it in the refrigerator. This vinegar, regularly added to food, lowers cholesterol, has antiatherosclerotic properties and detoxifies. Kills bacteria and viruses, strengthens immunity.
Vinegar with peppers for circulation
Pour a few chilli peppers with a glass of white wine vinegar and set aside for two months. Warning! We do not strain. Mix a teaspoon of vinegar with a glass of water, a tablespoon of buckwheat honey and a pinch of cardamom. We drink 1-2 times a day for circulatory disorders, atherosclerosis and weak immunity.
