My husband thinks he's sick. He has an increased sexual urge - even if his body doesn't want it, his mind does. Masturbation is everyday life, she looks for contacts with other women, writes erotic text messages to them. Although he says that he loves me, he is still looking for different impressions. I do my best to keep him sexually happy, but that's not enough for him. He tells me that I am his everything and the best thing that could happen to him in his life, if he loses me it will be his biggest failure in life, but he cannot stop thinking about other women, imagining brave sex scenes. I love him and I don't want our marriage to fall apart, but I don't know how long I will be able to live with his "otherness". I've already had one betrayal, but I don't want any more. I am not only a wife for my husband, but also a true friend. I am asking for advice, is there any medicine?

Hello! It is a pity that you did not give your age at least. But the problem is so serious that it cannot be solved by correspondence. You have to make a condition - either your husband starts therapy under the supervision of a sexologist specialist, or you leave this relationship. If you choose such a solution, please be very consistent! If not, nothing (for the better) in your marriage will change. Either the husband is mentally and emotionally immature, or he is addicted to sex. Both require specialist assistance. No oaths and no promises to fix anything. It will only drag the case over time; and time is against you. What I am writing may seem too radical to you. But I do not want to falsely console you, but help - because you probably expect it. Yours sincerely!
