If 6 months have passed since the stroke, OK, you can safely resume intercourse. Especially if the wife so wishes. She is a very young woman, she may be experiencing a "feeling of disability" because of what happened and even more craving for sex as confirmation that she is still attractive to you. Please do not treat her in a "special way", but take the same intercourse as before her illness. Perhaps the wife (consciously or subconsciously) will try to observe if anything in your feelings for her has changed. Regards
