In the last week of June 2006, I fell on my elbow. The photo showed me only badly bruised. I had rehabilitation. I train table tennis. My hand hurts all the time. In the morning I wake up with a pain in my elbow. My elbow gets blocked several times a day. I recently had a 2-month break, but it didn't help.
Agnieszka, unfortunately the elbow joint is such a complex and complicated joint that any injuries associated with it, such as contusions or overloads, last very, sometimes very long and often renew themselves. Here, unfortunately, only a doctor can help you, and it would be good if it was a sports doctor. Also try (consult your doctor, of course) unconventional methods to treat your elbow, such as acupuncture or cryotherapy. But I repeat once again that as for all these methods of treatment, a specialist doctor should comment after thorough research.
