Please, indicate the exercises that can be performed at home that will make your thighs, hips and buttocks slimmer. Can exercises on a stepper give good results?
There are many exercises for the lower body, including the front, back and inside of the thighs, as well as the buttocks and hips. I will give you a few examples, but try to "rummage" in women's magazines and find some other exercises for the parts of the body that interest you. Having detailed descriptions of exercises and photos, you will be sure that you are doing them correctly, and the correct technique of the exercises and regularity in their performance is half the battle. These exercises will help you shape and tone your muscles, while the stepper will help you burn fat, which also likes to accumulate around the thighs and hips. So the combination of approximately 30 minutes of exercise with 30 minutes of work on the stepper 3-4 times a week should bring the first results after a month of exercise combined with sensible nutrition. Here are some examples of exercises: 1. Lie on your side, put your lower arm on your elbow, and bend the lower leg. Raise your straightened upper leg at a slow pace. Do 3 sets of 16-20 repetitions. Remember to change your leg. 2. In the same position, place the bent upper leg on the floor and lift the straightened lower leg by tensing the inner thigh muscles. Do 3 sets of 16-20 repetitions. Change the exercise leg. 3.Kneel down, put your right hand on your elbow and forearm, and put your left hand on your palm. Bend your left leg at the knee and lift it to the side to hip level. Do the same number of series and repetitions as in the previous exercise. Now lift your bent leg upwards, flexing your buttock muscles, and do the same number of series and repetitions again. Change your leg and repeat both exercises. Best regards and good luck in training.
