Hello! I am obese, I weigh 85 kg with a height of 162 cm. I am in the second month of pregnancy and I would like to know what exercises I can do so that I do not gain too much weight during pregnancy? I'm not thinking about losing weight, but about exercise to prevent excess fat gain. I can't go to the pool because, firstly, I can't swim, and secondly - I would be ashamed to go there. I can't afford a fitness club or something like that. I would rather mean some safe exercises to do at home. Thank you in advance for your answer!
Aleksandro, in order not to gain weight, you should follow the principle that there should be a balance between the supply of calories to the body in the form of food, and their expenditure through physical activity. More precisely, more of them should be consumed than delivered. I am not talking about a diet here, but about rational eating without overeating, that is, eating he althy products in the form of small portions throughout the day. This rational diet should be combined with physical activity such as walking, walking in the field or exercising on a home stepper or bicycle. Remember, however, that pregnancy is a very special and sometimes quite difficult period for every woman. So you should definitely consult a doctor before starting any physical activity.
