How to run so that your legs don't get too muscular?

Mariolu, in my humble opinion, muscular legs are the most shapely legs in the world, provided, of course, that they are not excessively fat yet. In order to burn fat during the run, you should run at a moderate pace, i.e. in such a way that you can talk freely without the so-called "short of breath" for about 40-50 minutes. If you avoid dynamic runs in the form of intervals or "tempos" of variable pace and intensity, you should not build up your leg muscles. If you've been running since childhood, you probably have a little more defined leg muscles than people who have never trained in their life and are sensitive to it. But believe me, if you keep your body fat on track by eating wisely and running at a moderate pace, your muscular legs will be something to be proud of.
