Aventurine, also known as the Stone of Possibility, attracts money and happiness to its owner, as well as adventures - the last property is also the source of its name. It is also a stone for couples who are trying to have a baby - it increases fertility in women, and in men, additionally libido.

Aventurine(from the Italian avventure - adventures) is a mineral from the group of silicates, classified as a quartz variety. The most common is green aventurine, less often blue, red, orange, purple, gray or brown.

This diversity depends on the admixture of other minerals, e.g. green aventurine is created thanks to the admixture of chromium, and brown or reddish - thanks to the admixture of hematite.

Aventurine is very common in nature - it is found on practically every continent inhabited by people - therefore it is one of the oldest stones, used and, in a sense, also worshiped by people.

Some sources say that aventurine tools were already used by primitive humans, as evidenced by excavations in the Omo Valley in Ethiopia, where human remains were found almost 200,000 years ago.

Unpolished aventurine looks like an inconspicuous lump. It is semi-matt, milky or glossy depending on the variety.

Aventurine support in business

Its magical properties were first appreciated by the Tibetans, who placed aventurine stones as eyes for statues, thanks to which they were supposed to gain the ability to see and foretell the future.

In other cultures, this stone was treated as an amulet for people going on their way - it was to ensure their success and protect them from evil. It was also worn to attract good luck and money.

Nowadays esotericists believe that a piece of green aventurine carried with you constantly ensures success in business, and kept in your left pocket while buying a lottery ticket promotes good luck and helps you win.

For travelers, aventurine provides a happy, adventurous journey.

Red aventurine, in turn, attracts money when we put it in a red bag and sprinkle it with red or reddish-brown spices - chili, cinnamon or sweet pepper.
