6.Fit4Summer challenge training consists of two parts: the first is cardio exercises to burn fat, the second is exercises in lying down or support, which strengthen and tone the figure. Get ready for a 20-minute whole-body workout!

How to exercise?

Perform each exercise for 15 seconds, repeat the entire series 2 times (with a 5-second pause).

Remember to warm up before each workout - even 20 minutes - and stretch your muscles thoroughly after exercising. This way, you will reduce the risk of soreness.

6 of the 30Fit4Summer challenge workouts consists of two 10-minute parts. The first one includes endurance exercises that primarily involve the legs and thighs, and the second one includes strengthening exercises that shape the abdomen and buttocks.
