Each of them has a different function - aerobics boost the metabolism, exercises with dumbbells shape the thighs and buttocks, and the supports shape the abdomen and arms. How to exercise?
Training lasts 20 minutes and consists of 3 types of exercises: standing, dumbbells and supports. Do each for 50 seconds. Rest for 5 seconds between exercises.
Advice Fit Mom Ania Dziedzic : If you feel up to it, repeat the whole training 2 times in a row. The effects of the effort will then be better.
