Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 2 leeks
  • 3 courgettes
  • 1 liter of chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • 100 ml Greek yoghurt
  • s alt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Pour the chicken stock into the pot and bring to the boil. 2. Dice it and cut the zucchini into thin slices. In a pot of hot olive oil, fry the leeks. Then add the zucchini and curry. Finally, pour in the hot stock. 3. Season with s alt and pepper and cook for about 30 minutes. Then let it cool down. 4. After cooling, add the yogurt and blend with a blender. Put in the fridge for about 1 hour.

Onion diet: recipe for onion-apple soup with mustard

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 apple
  • 4 onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 l vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp medium spicy mustard

Preparation:

Fry the sliced ​​onion in a pot with olive oil. Then add the diced garlic, add the broth and bring to a boil. Then add the mustard, s alt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.

Peel the apples, remove the seeds and grate them, then add to the soup. Leave the soup on low heat for about 10 minutes. Then mix everything until smooth.

Ingredients (for 6 servings)

  • 1/3 cups of wholemeal flour
  • 1/3 cups of wheat bran
  • 1/3 cups of barley flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • s alt, oregano, basil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large regular onions
  • 2 bay boletes (can be dried)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of soy yogurt or milk
  • s alt and a pinch of chili to taste

Preparation:

1. Slice the onion and fry it without adding any fat in a non-stick pan. Then add the chopped mushrooms, s alt, a pinch of chili and mix thoroughly. 2. To make the dough, combine the flour, bran and barley flakes, as well as the egg. Roll the kneaded dough into a round cake and put it on a baking tray greased with oil. 3. Then put the stuffing on the dough and put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

Onion diet: onion cookie recipe

Ingredients:

  • cup of whole grain flour
  • 10 dag of butter
  • egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • a teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • s alt

Preparation:

1. Mix the flour with a pinch of s alt and baking powder, add the butter, yogurt and egg yolk. Then knead the dough. 2. Dice the onions into small cubes and put them into the dough, knead them thoroughly, and then roll them out. Use molds to cut out the selected shapes. 3. Place the cookies on a baking tray, put in the oven and bake at 180 ° C until golden brown.
