Ewelino, many people have problems with returning to the previous weight before pregnancy or with losing the "excess" accumulated during pregnancy. This is because the woman's body, preparing for motherhood, changes its hormonal balance, i.e. it produces more estrogen, a hormone that causes increased accumulation of adipose tissue. It is a bit as if he wants to stockpile for your baby. Systematic aerobic training is needed to get rid of these "reserves". This could be for example the Vacum-step you mentioned, fatburning, spinning, or any other aerobic activity such as walking, cycling or swimming. It is important to do this training at least 2-3 times a week. After 2-3 months you should see the first effects, but remember that each organism reacts differently and you cannot talk about the exact time here, because it is a very individual matter. In addition, training should be combined with rational nutrition and systematic drinking of about 1.5-2 liters of water a day.
