For almost two years I have been going to the swimming pool regularly 3 times a week. However, I came to the point where I stopped noticing any effects - that is, there is neither an increase in muscle mass nor fat burning. I still can't get rid of the "tire". I swim for 30 minutes quite vigorously. Can additional daily exercise such as cycling at home help me lose fat?
You should extend your pool training to cycling or any other type of aerobic activity. Regardless of what type of training or exercise we do, if we do it for a long time, the body adapts to the intensity, type of loads and exercises that we give it. So in order to obtain satisfactory results of training, it is necessary to change its type, duration, intensity, frequency and all parameters that may cause our body to "put to sleep" related to adaptation to such an effort and the related lack of effects in training.
