I have never been fit and slim. But a few months ago I decided to change it and signed up for fitness: I did aquaaerobic, callanetic, dancemix, abt, atc and tbc. It is true that I have not lost weight (even though I do not eat more), but I have more energy and I am "tougher". I liked it so much that I would like to conduct fitness classes myself. And here's my problem: I have hip surgery, I can't jump, and I shouldn't run and walk. Therefore, could I be a fitness instructor in the future and should I train it at all?
As you have noticed, fitness currently has a very wide range of forms of movement and types of activities. The first group consists of endurance activities. These are usually dynamic activities such as dance aerobics using various dance styles, hip-hop, latino, jazz, boxing aerobics based on various fighting styles or step aerobics with the use of a platform. But there are also strengthening activities such as ATB, TBC or typical specialist activities such as pilates, aqua aerobics, spinning, of which, as you can see, you can choose the type of activities that you can conduct despite your he alth limitations. The Basic Fitness Instructor Course prepares you to conduct basic aerobics classes and basic strengthening classes. Depending on our preferences and interests, the instructor chooses the forms of fitness that interest him and in which he wants to continue training and conducting them, except for the typically specialized classes that I mentioned, i.e. pilates, body ball, spinning, aqua aerobics, classes for people older ones. Training in these types of classes can be completed without prior general preparation in the field of fitness. The addresses of the schools conducting the training can be found in the search engine.
