I have a massive body and disproportionate figure. I go to the gym and I would like to slim down my thighs and hips. What exercises can help me?
My guess is that "massive body" means excess body fat. If you go to the gym, I suggest systematic aerobic training performed 2-3 times a week on a bike, stepper or treadmill at a moderate pace, lasting at least 40-50 minutes. Thanks to it, you should burn excess body fat, which accumulates in different places in different people, for example in your hips and thighs. The location of excess body fat very often has a genetic basis. So analyze the physique of the members of your immediate family. Sometimes it is very difficult to completely eliminate something that is rooted in our genes, but through consistent and systematic training, you can at least correct some of the shortcomings. If you feel your body build is out of proportion, in addition to fat burning, try to further scratch and shape the muscles in your shoulders and arms. This will allow you to visually improve the proportions of your body, and therefore also your appearance.
