Street workoutis a great alternative to gym exercises. By exercising in the street for street training, you can build strength and endurance without spending money on expensive equipment.

What is street workout?
The street workout exercises presented in the video are calisthenics with your own body weight. We do not use any additional loads to perform them - the entire load is our own body.
Such training is ideal for beginners, as it minimizes the risk of injury and allows for a harmonious development of the figure. During each exercise, individual muscle groups work together, which not only strengthens muscles, but also improves functional strength, coordination and body stabilization.
The exercises presented in the video strengthen the muscles of the back, shoulders, shoulder girdle and the deep muscles of the center. It is an FBW training - Full Body Workout, which includes push-pull exercises.
