For some time (I think for about 6 months) I have been hearing such a buzzing in my head, which is composed of medium treble (I don't even know how to describe it exactly!). Last year was very nervous for me, change of job, new environment etc, slight depression which once led to high blood pressure spike of 220/180 or palpitations, but that is all gone and the buzzing remained. Is this normal? Maybe it can be eliminated somehow, because it bothers me, does not allow me to focus on something well?

Tinnitus may appear periodically, or it is constantly in our head and does not lead to deafness. This is a signal that something is happening in our body, for example: cardiovascular disease, hyperthyroidism, side effects of drugs, previous head injury, damage to the eardrum, earwax plug formation and many other ailments that cannot be listed here. Tinnitus often occurs in people who are under constant stress, sleep problems, have depression, feel the drug ahead of life, or listen to loud music through headphones without restraint. In your case, the noise was clearly caused by the experienced stress. So please take care of moments of complete relaxation, walks, good quiet movies, chatting with friends. Music performed by a string orchestra has a positive effect, because these sounds have a soothing effect on the state of mind. The music will work when we listen to it relatively quietly, excluding all bass from it. You can also buy music specially composed for people with tinnitus. Relief can be brought by physical exercises - relaxing, relaxation techniques (meditation, visualization, Tai Chi, yoga) and many other ways to reduce tension in the body and head. Undoubtedly, you should also undergo tests that will determine the cause of the generated and persistent noise. If the treatment is unsuccessful, a special device can be used, which, by producing the appropriate frequency of sound, reduces the annoying noise. So let's slow down, relax and determine the scale of the severity of the problems, so that the tinnitus, as it happened, would go away. I wish this to you with all my heart.
