I'm still a young man. I have been masturbating for over 20 years. I've never had sex with any woman. I find my actions pathological as I do it almost every day one time, even when sexual tension is very low. The invariable impetus for masturbation are women's feet, which I pay attention to in almost every attractive woman in the real world, as well as in photos on the Internet. Such images are clearly fixed in my psyche, and the need for onanism has become obsessive. Please advise me, should I change anything about it? Or not to change anything about it? Should I see a psychologist or sexologist?
These types of symptoms may indicate that you are addicted to masturbation. Excessive interest in a woman's feet may indicate a fetishistic tendency, when an unusual thing or part of the body becomes the main sexual object.
The lack of any involvement in a relationship with a woman may mean that for the above reasons, you are unable to establish a proper relationship with a woman, which is often the case with sex addicts and people with fetish tendencies.
If you want to create a relationship with a woman in the future, you will need therapy, preferably in a person who is both a psychologist and a sexologist.
