I watch a lot of porn videos and masturbate a lot. I can not cope with it, although I tried more than once and promised myself that I would not do it anymore. I am 27 years old and sometimes I last a few days, sometimes even weeks, and sometimes I watch such films every day and I am satisfied. In addition, for some time I have been accosting random people on gadu-gadu with the question "do you like sex?" and I see that it is a serious problem for my psyche, in addition, these people are getting younger … I worry about myself, because pornographic abuse is coming back, and on top of that it is stupid harassing others to gadu-gadu. I am asking for some advice on how to deal with it and not to write these stupid things on GG anymore …
Your worrying symptoms may be an addiction to sex on the Internet. It is good for you that you see them yourself, that you are aware of the problem, that you cannot cope with it and cannot control it, and you want to do something about it. Often in such a situation men deny that they have a problem with it.
However, I am afraid that the Lord himself will not be able to get out of the addiction (these mechanisms are similar to those in an alcoholic and require therapy). You should see a sexologist and start appropriate treatment that will teach you to control your sexual behavior. It is important that you start therapy. Untreated addiction has a tendency to intensify (as you have already noticed - initially only pornography, now also chat conversations begin).
It can also cause various sexual dysfunctions in the future, such as erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation, which may become apparent during real sexual contact with another person.
