Positions in which the partner does not engage the legs will be good. 1st position in which a woman sits on a man and moves her hips, the so-called "rider" 2nd position in which partners lie on their side, the man on the back of the woman, moves his hips so-called "spooning" 3rd classic position, partner lies on her partner and moves her hips. I do not recommend standing and kneeling positions as they involve the legs for work. First of all, however, you have to "try" out for yourself which position is the most appropriate.
