Tabata is the best recipe for excess fat in problematic places, so if after 3 weeks of the challenge you haven't got rid of it completely - after this training, folds, sides and cellulite will become a thing of the past. Condition: practice carefully and do your best, no excuses!
How to exercise?
One tabata consists of 3 exercises. We repeat each for 20 seconds. The break time is 5 seconds. We repeat the whole thing in 4 series.
