How to exercise?
Perform each of the exercises shown in two series of 30 seconds each - slowly in the first series, and very quickly in the second. Rest for 5 seconds between rounds.
Don't forget to warm up before training and stretch your muscles after exercise (focus especially on stretching your legs and buttocks well).
