How many series and repetitions do you need to perform during strength training to be effective? How long should it take?

When you start your gym training, you usually start with a 4-week induction workout. In such a training, about 12 exercises are performed for all major muscle groups, performed in 3 series of 10-15 repetitions. They are preceded by a 10-15-minute warm-up, for example on a bicycle or treadmill, and ended with a 5-10-minute stretching. The entire training takes about 60-90 minutes. The effectiveness of training depends not only on the number of repetitions, but above all on the correct technique of performance and the selection of the appropriate load.
