Are crunches good for lower belly fat burning? Don't you know a site with aerobics-style exercises to lose a bit and improve my condition?

The proverbial crunches are used to strengthen the muscles, but the fat in the form of a larger or smaller fold, which can be determined by grasping the skin with your fingers, is a completely different matter. Here, unfortunately, crunches alone are not enough. You should supplement them with aerobic training, i.e. one during which you force your body to burn the accumulated fat tissue. It can be brisk walking or running, cycling (also stationary) or swimming. If you have such an opportunity, it may be playing volleyball or basketball or, for example, aerobics. If you do not have the opportunity to attend such classes at the fitness club, I suggest you buy VHS tapes or exercise DVDs or visit the website www.fit.pl, where you will find a lot of information about exercises.
