I would like to even out the thickness of my thighs. I have one that is 5 cm thicker. 3 years ago I had a bad knee, about 2.5 years I was limping and relieved my left leg (sick-thinner). The doctor stated that the cause of the knee pain is wrong leg putting up, too much straightening, too much bending it backwards. Even then, my right (he althy) leg was thicker. Unfortunately, I don't know if it was thicker also before these problems with the knee. The doctor advised me not to bend my knee too much backwards and shift my weight more often to the diseased leg to make it stronger, or to spread it evenly over both legs. The knee pain is gone. Today I would like to get rid of the asymmetry. Should I put more weight on my leg with a thicker thigh?

Bożena, the asymmetry of your thighs is probably related to the strengthening of the leg muscles, which took on the entire burden of movement. By relieving the diseased leg, you did not force your muscles to work, and therefore it is now thinner. By shifting your weight onto the affected leg and trying to distribute it evenly, you have already strengthened the muscles in that leg. However, in order to reduce the disproportions, a specialized training with appropriately selected load is needed, aimed at strengthening the ligaments around the knee and increasing the strength and muscle mass of the thigh. It can only be performed by a rehabilitation trainer after consulting a doctor.
