Hello. I have been exercising for some time in the gym and at home. I'm on a diet and I'm losing weight. I don't want to lose weight, but I want to shape my body (for the summer and for my well-being, for myself). I have a problem with the inner part of my thighs (I have always had more body there) and on the sides (when I stand in front of the mirror, I see two rounds at the hips and buttocks, it makes my buttocks bigger, spilled). This is my nightmare, these two fat parts of the body. I would like to abolish it. Maybe you would have some good methods to get rid of this fat? I would be very thankful for them, very, very much. Thank you in advance and best regards Iwona
To get rid of fat tissue you need to do aerobic exercise. If you go to the gym, you may want to exercise, for example, on an exercise bike, cross trainer or treadmill. During such training, fat tissue is burned evenly from all parts of the body. So, unfortunately, you cannot focus on getting rid of the "fat" on those parts of the body that we care about the most. Nevertheless, do not stop aerobic training and add exercises for the inner thighs and oblique muscles of the abdomen, performed with light weight on machines in the gym at a fairly fast pace (the load and pace of exercises should be set by the trainer in the gym). You can add to these exercises some that you will do at home. This can be, for example, lifting the lower leg while lying on the side, or bringing the leg inwards while standing so that both legs cross. In both exercises, it is good to put an elastic band around your ankles. When we move the leg inwards, the elastic band creates resistance that forces the muscles to tension even more. Cycling and horse riding are also helpful in modeling internal muscles. In order to get rid of the fat tissue on the "sides", perform the torso turns fairly quickly while lying on the back, twisting and bending the torso while standing or lifting the knee towards the elbow. Fighting sports that use a lot of kicks, twists and torso flexes can also be helpful.
