Many people have problems with the shape and size of their calves. Unfortunately, changing the shape of the calves is quite difficult. First, the shape of the calves is genetically determined more than any other part of the body. Second, the impact of exercise on the shape of the calves is made more difficult due to the thick layer of connective tissue that surrounds them. Third, it is determined by the structure of the muscle fibers that predominate in the calf muscles. These fibers are specially adapted to long-term, moderate efforts, and this is the kind of effort that we "fund" our calves in everyday activity, while walking. You can try stretching exercises to improve the appearance of your calves. Also check that their appearance is not related to lymphatic problems.
