I am 20 years old and I would love to lose weight. I am 169 cm tall and weigh around 65 kg. I am not fat, but I am also not thin and I have been gaining weight recently. Maybe because my lifestyle has changed, from a high school student to a desk worker. I do not do any sports (I have little time) and I know that it also has a negative effect on metabolism. I try to limit my food, I practice fasting for several days, but it also doesn't work. I am asking for advice on what to eat and what to avoid. Or maybe there are some special teas or substances that accelerate fat burning around the hips, thighs and abdomen.

A very good diagnosis that a change in lifestyle has affected your weight. I think it's best to find time for sports (swimming, cycling, gymnastics). Please try to walk at least one stop to or from work, do not use the elevator, etc. It really is "for your he alth". I think that in your case you do not need any diet, only common sense when arranging meals. I advise against fasting because they slow down the metabolism. Please eat meals 4-5 times a day in the range of 200-300 kcal per meal. Products that accelerate fat burning are mirages of advertising - I do not recommend it.
