It can possibly be for a second breakfast, but for example, let's reach for cottage cheese (3 tablespoons are enough) and half a slice of wholemeal.

Diet catering that I do not recommend

Vegan catering?I tried and … quickly gave up. Maybe because this diet was also badly balanced. It lacked protein. And legumes have quite a lot of it - so it would be enough to give a little more lentils or beans. And if you get a "thin" soup for dinner, how are you going to survive on it ?! Especially when you work hard. And I get up in the morning, I have to deal with four children, then I run to the program schedule and I am there for 8 hours, constantly on the move. So I have to eat! Anyway, to lose weight, you have to eat! Paradoxically! Because when we try to survive on a lettuce leaf, our metabolism immediately slows down. After each restrictive diet, the yo-yo effect is sure to do.

For the same reason, I do not recommend1000 calories dietin catering. The daily diet for a woman of medium height should oscillate between 1,400 and 1,600 kcal. Of course, there are two most important things: breakfast and dinner - they should be really solid so that we have energy for the whole day. I often do so that I "shuffle" meals from catering, i.e. for breakfast I eat whatI have it made for dinner: a muffin, pancakes, etc. Because - as I said - I won't eat much juice or fruit alone. But I don't always need that many calories for dinner. There were times when I didn't eat the groats. Because if I got a piece of chicken or good fish, plus a nice salad and porridge or brown rice, I would quickly get full, and that's what a good diet is all about! It is very important to eat five he althy meals a day, preferably at three-hour intervals. And I'm sticking to it, with a watch in my hand.

Before starting a box diet, check the quality of the catering

You can't do everything fresh in catering. It is known that chefs prepare meals at the end of the day so that the next, in the morning, they reach customers. While the first one is still fresh, the one for dinner may even have … 24 hours! The box in which we get the food is also important. Make sure that it is tightly closed - polystyrene containers not closed with foil let the air pass through. When it comes to flavors, everyone has their own. I think the best idea is to test the catering. Most companies recommend: "Order a lunch-box and check us out." There are even those that, as part of the promotion, bring new customers food for free on a one-off basis. So we can test whether the catering suits us. From what I've noticed, the meals are varied. And even if one repeats itself, it is in a different set. And the chefs try very hard to surprise us. For example, for breakfast I got a variety of muffins - wholemeal, oatmeal, raisins and yoghurt. Delicious. In my life, I wouldn't make them!

Diet catering is not cheap, but…

Catering costs PLN 50-60 a day. If we eat dinner in the city or in the canteen at work and additionally have to buy products for the remaining 4 meals, we spend PLN 40-45 a day. So catering is about PLN 15 more expensive. So if you can afford it, I recommend it! You can order catering from Monday to Friday, and cook yourself at the weekend. You can take it for a week or a month, or even longer if you want to lose weight. When we see the effects, we will not think: "I'm going with my friends for whipped cream," but: "I'm not crazy yet! Since I spent so much money, I have to stick to my diet! "
