Harley Parsnip's 5-Factor Diet: Indian Chicken Recipe
Ingredients (2 servings)
- ok. 230 g chicken breast
- 150 g of natural yoghurt
- curry spoon
- 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoons ground paprika
- s alt and ground pepper to taste
- tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cups of brown rice
- 2 finely sliced fresh cucumbers
Preparation:
1. Combine yogurt, curry, coriander, paprika, s alt and pepper in a serving plate. Put 3/4 of this mixture in a plastic food storage bag, add it to the chicken bag, tie it up and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes. 2. Take the chicken out of the marinade and pat it dry. Then fry in olive oil. Then reduce the heat and simmer covered for a minute. Serve with the rice, topped with the remaining yoghurt and the toppings.
Harley Pasternak's 5-Factor Diet: Recipe for Coffee Panna Cotta
Ingredients (6 servings)
- natural or Greek yoghurt (approx. 350g)
- 200 ml of strong coffee (from 2 teaspoons)
- 50 g cane sugar
- 1.5 tablespoons of gelatin
- a bit of cocoa or grated chocolate for sprinkling
Preparation:
Gelatin pour 5 tablespoons of hot water, then add 150 ml of yogurt and stir until it dissolves. Pour boiling water over the coffee and let it brew. Add sugar (80g) to the rest of the yogurt, and then the cooled, brewed coffee. Mix everything thoroughly and combine with gelatin. Pour the prepared mixture into glasses (decorative cups) and put inovernight in the refrigerator to let it solidify. Put the coffee panna cotta on the plate upside down and garnish with cocoa or grated chocolate.

Ingredients:
- 5 raw almonds
- 1 red apple
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cups of fat-free Greek yogurt
- half a cup of skim milk
- 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
Preparation:
Chop the apple and almonds into small pieces. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.

Ingredients:
- 9 eggs
- 1/2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
- 200g chopped spinach
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 large onion
Preparation:
Whip a yak, mix with cheese and cooked, well drained spinach. Fry chopped onion with diced mushrooms. Cool and add to eggs. Put in an ovenproof dish and bake for about 1 hour. at medium temperature.
