Are there any exercises that will enlarge and tone your bust?
Unfortunately, there are no exercises that can enlarge the bust, but there are exercises that can effectively firm it. Firming exercises actually work on the pectoral muscle on which our bust is "seated" and actually lift and firm it, but unfortunately do not increase its volume. However, I recommend that you perform flyovers with 1.5-2 kg weights, i.e. open straight arms while lying on your back with your legs bent, or perform push-ups while kneeling in 2-3 series of 10-12 repetitions. And don't worry too much about its size, a small bust, but firm and well-shaped, can also be beautiful!
