We all shape our body shape due to genetics. To make matters worse, it often seems that neither diet nor exercise are helping. However, it is not true that nature cannot be improved. You cannot expect a complete change of figure, but perhaps by exposing more shapely parts of the body, you will be able to hide those you are not satisfied with. It is not worth concentrating on working on what is unlikely to be changed. However, it is good to work on changing the proportions. You are a person with highly muscled legs that additionally work hard by running, cycling and horseback riding. So your goal should be to strengthen and develop your upper body to balance your strong legs, straighten your body and stretch your lower body. Try to eat rationally and he althily through a well-balanced diet, use as much variety and moderate pace in aerobic exercise as possible, avoid heavy weights, focus on upper body strengthening training to improve posture and balance your body proportions, use stretching exercises.
