I'm allergic to nickel sulfate. I know what products it is in - there are so many of them that now I don't know what I can eat. What can I eat?

Nickel generally causes contact allergies, i.e. skin changes caused by touching, for example, metal buttons in jeans (changes on the skin around the navel), metal jewelry, clasps in corals - changes on the neck or on the watch ( unless it is made of precious metals, surgical steel or titanium). I have not encountered any food allergy to nickel. Maybe you are allergic to some element, e.g. chromium, which is often associated with allergy to nickel.
